We provide the service of phytopathological analyses accredited by the Emilia-Romagna Region Phytosanitary Service.
Diagnosis of phytopathogenic and non-pathogenic fungi, bacteria, viruses, viroids, phytoplasmas and nematodes in plant and other samples. Species identification by conventional and molecular methods.
Analysis of germinability, germination energy and vigour. Determination in peat of seedlings useful for transplanting and morphological abnormalities.
Search for resistance genes to diseases caused by fungi, bacteria, viruses, viroids, phytoplasmas and nematodes.
Setting up, conducting and validating pathogenicity tests for the diagnosis and detection of disease-resistant genotypes.
Determination of total fungal, bacterial and microbial load on raw materials of plant, animal, agricultural and forestry soils, water and growing media.
